Sin Lugar (Without a PLace) Exhibition Sin Lugar (Without a Place) is currently on view at City Hall Community Exhibits Space, El Paso, Texas. This exhibition, depicting returned migrants at the Nogales, Sonora, Mexico border, consists of photographs by Marie Triller with accompanying text by West Cosgrove of Bridge Project, El Paso, Texas. Exhibition runs through July 31.This traveling exhibition is available through Project Puente (Bridge Project). Contact West Cosgrove at www.projectpuente.org for details.
Sin Lugar is proudly displayed in conjunction with the exhibition Los Desaparecidos (The Disappeared), on view throughout the summer at the University of Texas, with concurrent exhibitions and programming throughout El Paso and Ciudad Juarez.

The Karene Faul Alumni Exhibition is currently on view at the Esther Massry Gallery, College of St. Rose, Albany, NY. Ten alumni, spanning over twenty-five years of the Art Department at CSR,were invited to participate in this exhibition honoring Karene’s long tenure as Art Dept. Chair. Included in the exhibit are four photographs by Marie Triller (Class of ‘78) representing her Remembrance project; a yearly pilgrimage to Ground Zero on each September 11 to date. Exhibition runs through September 13, 2009 with a closing reception on Friday, Sept.4.

Marie Triller received a Honorable Mention award at the Fourth Annual Members Show, Albany Center Gallery, Albany, NY, for her color photograph, Morning Bus, Antigua, Guatemala, 2007. The exhibition was juried by David Miller of the Schick Art Gallery and Professor of Studio Art at Skidmore College, Saratoga, NY. The Members Show is on view through December 20.
